'Trial Expired' ?

Hi Folks,
I did purchase 1Pass when I bought a new Mac in mid 2012, I have no idea which version it was - I was hoping to avoid problems like this so I bought it. but today I notice that I have a notice stating that my Trial had expired ! I had been updating this without thinking since I bought it thinking I had a license for life.

I'm on V5 at the moment.

I tried to get my license sent to me again but my email is not recognised :( I think I bought this from your website rather than the App Store - I'm a bit lost now as to what to do.

can anyone help?

    got the same issue. using the mac app for over a year, now my "trial expired" (wait, what?) and my email is not being recognized.
    not being able to contact the company but having to write to a forum is not making me a happy customer either...

    It has been around 30 days since 1Password 5 for Mac was released, which is the length of the free trial, so you may be starting to see a "Trial Expired" notice.

    We have posted an announcement with details here:

    When requesting your licenses on our support page, please make sure you enter the same email address you used when purchasing 1Password.

    If that doesn't help, please email us at support+licenses@agilebits.com and supply as much detail as you can:

    • The full name provided when you purchased 1Password.
    • Any email addresses you might have used.
    • Include a link to this discussion as well.

    email sent as per instructions - had an automated response but that's about it.

    The problem I think people are having is the email address is not recognised, the link on the resulting page which says 'contact customer support' just takes you back to where you started, the page which is asking you to give your email address ! so people are going around in circles.
