Bundle License upgrade in Agile Store

Hi.

I'm trying to upgrade my Family License (v. 4) to a new Bundle License (v. 5) from Agilebits Online Store and it seems I'am unable to do it. When I enter my previous serial number on page https://agilebits.com/store/upgrade?product_id=108 I get a message:

Great! Your license – a Family License for 1Password Mac + Windows Bundle – has 2 possible upgrades.

and now I can see 4 product including Bundle license but I cannot select anything except license for Knox for Mac :neutral_face:

    Hi @Harnash,

    In order to get a better idea of your situation, I took a quick peek in our back office records using the email address attached to your forum account, but it doesn't seem like there are any licenses attached to that address.

    In any case, if you already own a license for 1Password 4, there is no need to purchase an upgrade to 1Password 5, as we've made the upgrade from version 4 to version 5 free for all 1Password 4 for Mac users.

    Are you having a problem using 1Password 5? If so, please let me know and I'd be happy to help straighten this out for you.

    Hi @Megan,

    You are absolutely correct. I had to redownload my license for Mac. I must have overlooked the information about free upgrades. Thank you very much!

    Hi @Harnash‌ I'm glad to hear downloading and reapplying your licence sorted you out (I know Megan will be too). As you have this sorted I'm going to go ahead and close this thread but if you have any more troubles at all please do create a new thread and we'll help you out.
