Upgrade from family 3 to family 5?

I have two different version 3.0 licenses. Not sure if I accidentally purchased multiple licenses or not. When I put either of them into the "Upgrade options" it only gives me the option to upgrade to a single license.

Would be great if there was a place to put in a support ticket to see if:
1. I accidentally purchased two version 3.0 licenses, and if I did, offer a credit.
2. Could get an upgrade option for a family license instead of a single license.

    P.S. I've been using 1PW for all computers/mobile devices for years and it rocks! Couldn't imagine life without it :smile:

    There is no family licence from AgileBits now. This page includes the following:

    Licenses can be shared by up to six family members living in the same household.

    No doubt someone from AgileBits will come along soon and deal with the remainder of your post but I thought it worth mentioning that.

    I've taken a look and it seems you've been a loyal customer since 1Password 2 (which beats me by a couple of years). So from what I can see you've just been upgrading the licence as you've been going along. It was a little confusing in places though so I can see why you might have been unsure.

    Hopefully Stephen_C's post and link helped you out with the simplification of our licensing now. A single licence is all you need for you and five others.
