1P application lost when upgrading to Yosemite but data backed up to Dropbox
When I upgraded to OS X 10, my HD became scrambled so I am having to reinstall apps from scratch. Even Time Machine from the Mavericks doesn't transfer data. I think my version of 1P came from the web store--I don't see it in the Apps store list and the backup data is still on Dropbox (thankfully). But I can't find an email showing the purchase.
How can I re-download the application? What can I do to show I was a previous purchaser?

If you bought from the Mac App Store you can go to the App Store and check your purchased items. (In iTunes, click on your name on the menu bar, at the right, and choose Purchased.) If you did purchase 1P4 or 1P5 you will see it there. Note that if you bought only 1P3 the upgrade to 1P4/1P5 is not free: you must pay for that.

Hi @wreathall
To get your licences resent to the purchasing email address simply visit this page (https://agilebits.com/licenses/resend) and submit the address used. The email will contain both links for downloading and in the case of a 1Password 4/5 for Mac licence a link to download your licence file.
Hopefully that will at least allow you to recover 1Password and your vault. Sorry to hear the upgrade to Yosemite went so badly - that's very sucky.

@Stephen_C: It was bought from the website, not the App store. First place I looked.
@littlebobbytables: Thanks. How easy it was! All the data immediately installed from some Cloud! (Had the upgrade install problem when I went to Mavericks earlier. I think I'll stop upgrading! Takes too much time to recover, esp. when tools like Time Machine don't work!)0 -
On behalf of @littlebobbytables, you're welcome. I'm glad to hear everything is sorted out. :)
