"Trial expired" message?
I bought the software in march/april this year, and later also for my iPad.
The latter, I do not use much, but I use and love 1P on my mac.
Why am I getting this message?
The software is working, but the message will not go away.
Can't find the license and when I go to purchases on app store, it is not there.
Please advice - thank you.
- Edit: I am pretty sure that I bought it via the app store. In case I bought it via you web page, I tried to fill in my e-mail to retrieve a license, no luck there.

@ggisl I have moved your post to the 1P for Mac forum as it has nothing to do with 1P for iOS. Please take a look at the sticky at the top of this forum and see if it solves your problem.
If you still can't recall where you bought 1P please open 1P, go to 1P > About 1Password and tell us exactly what it says for the version number.

Sorry about that Stephen_C and thank you for moving it.
I had already tried that, and none of it helped.1Password 5

Hi @ggisl
If you're positive that you've purchased 1Password for Mac from us (please note that our licence is per platform so a purchase of 1Password for iOS wouldn't allow you to run the Mac version) then can you do the following for me please.
Email us at support+licenses@agilebits.com. In that email can you ensure it contains the following:
- "Trial Expired" Our backend system is triggered on certain keywords, this will help better deliver your email.
- Any email addresses you possibly used to make your purchase
- Your full name as you would have used to make your purchase
- Your username on these forums and a link to this thread
Once you've done that if you could post back here we'll also know to take a look. Then we'll hopefully track you down
