Problem Upgrading to 5

My original purchase in 2012 1P3 was the Mac + Windows Bundle, when 4 came out I upgraded the Mac to 1P for Mac(single user license). Now I'm trying to apply the 4 license to 1P5 and its not recognizing the license key as version 4. I am using OS X Yosemite, I did install 1P5 and thought I applied the license but now its showing the trial expired. I submitted a support ticket but no reply #EHG-68915-639. Please advise.
