Loss of all 1Password data upon changing from MacBook Pro to desktop

Please help! Has anyone ever experienced this problem before? We have a Family license and still have the data for one laptop MacBook Pro, but the other is disappeared into cyber space. I have emailed customer support on Nov 5th and Nov 17th and received no response. I need to find a phone # to speak with a live customer service person @ AgileBits.

    To better assist you we will need more details I'm afraid.

    • Prior to the data on one of your machines disappearing, were the two machines meant to be in sync with each other or were they completely separate vaults?
    • If you were syncing them, using which method.

    • Since the disappearance of the data, what are you observing on the MacBook Pro?

    • Is it unlocking with your Master Password but the vault is empty?
    • Is it asking for a Master Password at all or behaving like it has never been run on this machine?

    Once we begin to understand what has happened we can give you advice directed to your situation.
