Licence upgrade on web site not working

Hi,

I'm trying to upgrade to 1password for Mac. I have a current licence for v4, I select upgrade on the web site and enter my licence and it tells me I have two options for upgrade. However, both options have the "select" button greyed out and I can't get any further.

    Hi @kerryjj,

    1Password 5 is a free upgrade for existing version 4 license owners. If you are trying to upgrade a version 4 license, the select button is disabled since there's no upgrade available for you.

    Your existing license can be used with 1Password 5, which can be downloaded here: https://agilebits.com/downloads

    Thanks @JasperP‌, yes I was trying to upgrade from 1Password4. I now managed to find the old license file download and install it. Thanks for your help.
