Setting Master Password
New user... took first crack at familiarizing myself with the program on my iPhone and entering some data today. Accessed the app w my PIN, entered a new item no problem. Subsequently downloaded the app to my iPad, and in trying to sync it via the iCloud it asked for a master password and gave me a password hint that makes no sense. I obviously set up my PIN and that is working, but I don't remember even setting up a master password, or creating the hint I am being shown. I have read through other threads and am not finding anything about this except the adamant assertion that Customer Support can not reset or give you your password. Help?

Setting up a Master Password (and associated hint) is one of the very first things you do when installing 1Password. A PIN cannot be established until you've unlocked the app with your Master Password.

This is accurate. We have no way of knowing or resetting your Master Password.
