Wrong date format with timezone

I'm a user from Japan using iOS PRO of 1password version and I had a feedback. When I input a date field it became one day late. Namely, it became 11/22/2000 if I input 11/23/2000. Please check it out.

    It's a well-known bug. Almost two months and they are not capable of fixing it.
