License & Email not accepted // Can't Upgrade to 5

My license is not recognised, neither is my email address with which I bought 1Password. What do I do now? I can't find any support email address! Any ideas anyone?

    Hi @typogretel‌

    I'd recommend reading our announcement Trial Expired notice in 1Password 5 for Mac?. In there we cover some of the main reasons for experiencing the "Trial Expired" message.

    If that doesn't yield an answer then you can email us at support+licenses@agilebits.com. Please include as much information as you can in the email including:

    • Whatever licence information you currently have.
    • Any email addresses you might have used to purchase 1Password.
    • Your full name as you would have used when entering your details at the time of purchase.
    • Your forum username and a link to this thread.

    Once you've done that if you post back here we'll be able to link the two up and get back to you.
