Can't Add License

I am getting the trial expired message and can't enter my license. I have a valid license file and when I follow the instructions in the thread in this forum I get to the step with the add license window and as soon as I press the add license button the program freezes and I get the spinning beach ball. Have to force quit the app.

Please help.

    Hi @DocPMD‌

    That is unusual. I think we'll try deleting just the app and see if that makes a difference.

    1. Quit 1Password using the ⌃⌘Q keyboard shortcut to quit both 1Password and 1Password mini.
    2. Drag the application to your Trash
    3. Reboot your Mac
    4. Download a fresh copy of 1Password 5 from https://agilebits.com/downloads
    5. See if it freezes when trying to apply the licence.

    Let us know what happens either way and if it's still not working we'll continue with the troubleshooting.

    @DocPMD‌ That's great, I'm happy to hear your 1Password is behaving once more. Hopefully it will be trouble-free usage from now on.
