Can't Add License
I am getting the trial expired message and can't enter my license. I have a valid license file and when I follow the instructions in the thread in this forum I get to the step with the add license window and as soon as I press the add license button the program freezes and I get the spinning beach ball. Have to force quit the app.
Please help.

That is unusual. I think we'll try deleting just the app and see if that makes a difference.
- Quit 1Password using the ⌃⌘Q keyboard shortcut to quit both 1Password and 1Password mini.
- Drag the application to your Trash
- Reboot your Mac
- Download a fresh copy of 1Password 5 from https://agilebits.com/downloads
- See if it freezes when trying to apply the licence.
Let us know what happens either way and if it's still not working we'll continue with the troubleshooting.
