Trial Expired... BUT I have a license!

Did you guys get bought because suddenly you SUCK.

I bought 1Password 5. If I ask your system to resend my keys it does. AND says, "1Password 5 for Mac".

I download the file and it says I bought it in 2013 and I can upgrade for $25.

I never downloaded a trail. I've used it for YEARS.

I'd love to open a ticket... but again you guys SUCK and I have to post here otherwise I could share an email or screenshot.

Grrr!

    I'm sorry to hear about the trouble. I looked up your account in our system, and can confirm that you own a 1Password 5 license.

    Please try applying the license file once more. After applying your license, try restarting 1Password mini: In the menu bar, go to Help > Troubleshooting > Restart 1Password mini.

    When you re-open 1Password, do you still see the trial expired message?

    If it still says expired, please post a screenshot of it. If you don't want to post it to the forum, please email it to support+forum@agilebits.com instead (just include a link to this discussion).
