I'm afraid there is nothing AgileBits can do if you forget your master password. The linked knowledge base article will help you start over.

@Joohyuk‌ I'm afraid @Stephen_C‌ is correct in that if you forgot your Master Password there is nothing that can be done to recover it.

For the future, to ensure you do not forget it again, it may not be a bad idea to keep an Emergency Kit.
