I have an iPhone 4S and 1password. I cannot find vault item "organize", so I cannot create folders. I see only Favorites, Catergories and Settings.

    Hi @paulclaude,

The Organize tab is available as part of the Pro Features in 1Password 5 for iOS. You will need to unlock the Pro Features to see that tab. Please take a look at our Pro Features FAQ for more information.

We have more information about the Organize tab here: Organize tab overview

Sorry for any confusion about that!

I dont have the free copy of 1password: I've purchased 1password from the App Store on 12 september 2012, but this feature is not enabled on my copy of 1password

"Organise" is not a vault item. You should have a little folder icon on the menu bar and if you click that and choose Edit you will be on the right track.

No folder icons. Simply, I've purchased 1Password but now I've the "free" edition, without PRO features. Not a good thing....

  • Hi @paulclaude‌

It sounds like what you purchased was 1Password 3 for iOS. The current version is 1Password 5 for iOS, which is a separate purchase from v3.

    Thanks.

Yes, bwoodruff, the bad news are that I've paid for an application that now is free, but I've no PRO features, so I shoud pay again.....

  • @paulclaude‌

You paid for an app that has been discontinued (in Dec 2012). 1Password 3 for iOS is no longer sold or updated. 1Password 5 for iOS is a new product, and is free for the basic functionality, but has an in-app purchase for "Pro" features. Having purchased 1Password 3 for iOS does not entitle one to the Pro features in 1Password 5 for iOS.

Yes, I know this. Unfortunately, I've paid for an app that has been discontinued only two months after my purchase, and without any "entitlement" for the next version. Not a very good thing, for a loyal customer.

Sorry to hear you feel that way. 1Password 5 is such a major change from 1Password 3 that it warranted a paid upgrade.
