Trial period expired, resend license says No valid licenses were found for the email
I know I purchased this software from this website, probably v4, but I lost all my emails awhile back. Can someone please check for me? I see others are having same problem. I am considering going back to my prior software because I can't seem to find a way to contact support directly. Support matters on a product that holds my personal data!

Also what name appears on the purchase. I need to search my bank account to find proof of purchase.

If you're positive that you've purchased 1Password for Mac from us then can you do the following for me please.
Email us at support+licenses@agilebits.com. In that email can you ensure it contains the following:
- "Trial Expired" Our backend system is triggered on certain keywords, this will help better deliver your email.
- Any email addresses you possibly used to make your purchase
- Your full name as you would have used to make your purchase
- Your username on these forums and a link to this thread
Once you've done that if you could post back here we'll also know to take a look. Then we'll hopefully track you down :smile:
