I'm using 1Password 5.1.2 on my iPhone 5S and am having this issue, too. Very frustrating. I'm syncing with DropBox.

    Hi @Shelley Gammon,

The other thread had reports of various different Dropbox sync issues, and there have been some updates with bug fixes in the last couple months, so I moved your message to this new thread to avoid confusion.

Can you please give us some more details about the exact issue you're having with Dropbox sync? Are you having trouble setting up Dropbox sync? Or it's already set up but doesn't seem to sync changes properly? If you get any error messages, what do they say? What other devices/computers are you trying to sync with your 1Password data? The more details, the better we'll be able to diagnose & troubleshoot the problem.

    Thanks!

I also have this issue. I recently started using of 1Password on my iPhone5S together with my Windows Laptop, configured sync via Dropbox. Now on my iPhone sync is disabled and I cannot get it into sync again. Passwords are no longer in sync.

using Version 5.1.2 on iPhone and 4.1 on Windows.

Are there updates planned with bugfixes for this?

Hi @MixedUser, welcome to the forums! I'm sorry to hear you're also having some trouble syncing via Dropbox.

Can you please elaborate on the problem? You said sync is disabled on your iPhone and you can't get it to sync again - what happens when you try to re-enable Dropbox sync? Please make sure you're following the steps here to set up Dropbox sync in 1Password 5 on your iPhone.

If you're still unable to set up Dropbox sync, please describe the steps you're taking, and what happens when you do that. The more details, the better. Thanks!
