Bug in editing secure notes

I had saved a secure note over 600+ lines. When I try to edit in the latest iOS app it seems to duplicate the entire text every time I made an edit. I was able to resolve the issue by breaking the note into smaller ones less than 300 lines.

There was a similar issue raised on the 1P for Mac forum a few weeks ago and the replies included this comment, which may be worth checking.
