Having trouble restoring from backup after clean Yosemite install

Hi there,

I had to reinstall Yosemite ... now I can't seem to get my vault back from my backup. I've followed other related discussion threads, but to no avail. After finding the files, I'm unable to "open" them and use them to restore the backup.

Any help here would be greatly appreciated!

    Hi @Isaac Jordan‌

    If you've performed a clean install of Yosemite and downloaded a fresh copy of 1Password you should have had the welcome screen when you first launched it. There would have been the opportunity to say you're an existing user and that you want to restore a backup file.

    If something is going wrong following these steps do please let us know what steps you could follow and where the results stopped matching what the guides said they should. Then we'll try and figure out what's going on.
