Upgrade needed, no answer from Agile Bits :(
Hi, due to autoupgrade, we now have 1Password 5 (MacOS).
Everything great, except our license stopped working.
Because we have multi-license, upgrade request ended with note, we have to contact support.
So I contacted support 6 days ago, but exceppt some robot generated text I received no reply,
so I cannot use my App for 6 days in regular help.
Please, I really need help, especially in case I would like to give you some money...
What to do now???

If you have upgraded from 1P4 to 1P5 you do not have to pay anything. See if this sticky at the top of the forum helps you.

But we have multilicence for 1Pswd 3 for Mac/Win (5x Win, 7x Mac).
I entered our license number into dedicated form, I have been informed that my request is processing...
I urgued our issue...

Ah OK—sorry, I see your problem now and think you need someone from AgileBits to respond. You will get the quickest response by posting here but as most of the AgileBits people work in Canada or the USA you may need to wait until a little later in the day. Don't worry, I'm sure you will get a response soon.

Sorry it seemed to require you posting in the forums to grab our attention but it has worked. We're still experiencing a massive demand in support requests since iOS 8 and Yosemite so we're struggling to give our loyal customers the level of service they deserve. It is something we're trying to do something about.
