Trial expired and can't retrieve licence

Hi,

I have upgraded to 1Password 5 and I am now getting a trial expired notice. When I try to retreive my license I am getting told my email address is wrong. I have tried every email I own to no avail. I contacted support about this a week ago and have so far had no response.

Can anyone from 1Password get in touch via PM or reply to ticket [#MAT-51314-928] to help me retrieve my license.

    @j0hnboy‌ I have deleted your duplicate post. Someone from AgileBits who has access to the relevant records will respond to your post later today, I'm sure.

    Just in passing, I assume you definitely purchased direct from AgileBits rather than from the Mac App Store? (Some people bought from the Mac App Store but also used a beta version from AgileBits, which can cause a little confusion.)
