Cannot Synch IPAD and IPHONE

I have IPHONE 6 and IPAD AIR running latest IOS version 8.1.1. Icloud drive is on on both devices , and the 1password set to green. Changes made on the ipad are not being reflected on the Iphone . I have tried synch option in 1password on both devices .
anything i may have missed . appreciate any help

    sorry for the troubles you are having with iCloud Sync. Can you tell me which version of 1Password you are running on both devices? Also, did you setup your vaults to sync with iCloud (Settings > Sync)?
