Update Unavailable with This Apple ID
I purchased 1Password and have been using it for nearly 2 years. I enabled family sharing and my family members were even able to use the app on their IOS devices.
Unfortunately, now that I have turned off family sharing 1Password is giving me this error message when I try to update app even though I'm the legal license holder.
"This update is not available for this Apple ID either because it was bought by a different user or the item was refunded or canceled."

Is this happening with any other apps, or just 1Password? The license status for iOS apps is not controlled by the apps themselves, but rather by the App Store.

I experience these issues with 1Password only. None of the other apps I purchased are affected. For example.. My navigation app that I purchased is still working fine.

Hi @merlingrim,
I'm wondering if the disconnecting of Family Sharing might be factoring into this issue. Are you sure that you are logged in to the App Store with the AppleID that you originally purchased 1Password with?
Unfortunately, as Ben mentions above, Apple has sole control of the App Store, so we're not able to do much to help here. I would recommend getting in touch with Apple and see if they can help you resolve this issue.
