Licence and Password problem
Gentlemen,
I recently upgraded my iMac to the Yosemite OS.
Somehow in the process a number of my files were corrupted and or lost, and I did not make a back-up before the upgrade. (Bad Idea)
I have owned "1Password" for over 2 years and I use it every day. I consider it one of my indispensable programs.
It is still working, but I am receiving a message that my trial has ended and that I have to pay again for the program.
I remember that I bought the program on a special where the original price of
$49.95 was reduced to $34.95 for a short period.
Unfortunately I saved no record of the purchase other than the App itself. When
I went to your support page to attempt to reclaim my license, you have no record of my email or purchase information.
Can you assist me in establishing that I own a valid license and registration for your program?

My first recommendation would be to check out our announcement Trial Expired notice in 1Password 5 for Mac?
If that yields no useful results then I'd like you to email us at support+licenses@agilebits.com and include the following information.
- Your full name as you would have used when purchasing 1Password
- Any email address you might have used to purchase 1Password, if in doubt please do list all address you use and we'll check them all.
- Your forum username and a link to this thread.
Once you've done that if you post here with your ticket ID then we can link the two and take it from there.
