I just purchased 1Password a few minutes ago but my license says it was purchased one week ago
I just purchased 1Password for the first time. It's November 26, 2014, but my license says it was purchased November 19, 2014.
Maybe it's not a big deal. Or maybe it will affect future upgrade cut-offs. I don't know.
At any rate, is it possible to get this adjusted to the correct purchase date?
Thanks,
doug

Hi @douglerner,
That shouldn't cause any problems, but it's certainly strange for the purchase date to be wrong. Are you seeing the 19th as the purchase date on your license download page? Or in the 1Password app when you go to the menu for 1Password > License? Or somewhere else?
Also, did you make the purchase directly from our web site?
Thanks!

Hi Drew.
I am seeing the 19th as the "order date" in the 1Password app itself and also as the "purchase date" in the license attached to the license menu, even though it was only purchased, downloaded and licensed yesterday.
The license attached to that menu shows a "created date" of yesterday. But if I double-click on it it says the purchase date was the 19th.
This was purchased as part of the Parallels 10 upgrade bundle yesterday.
Thanks,
doug

I am going to go out on a limb and say this may have something to do with that bundle. Maybe its how things were finalized in the key repository at 1Password or at the Parallels site.
I am just thinking out loud here. As one user to another.

You are absolutely correct @thightower. The licenses for the bundle were generated on the 19th of November. This was done so that they could be distributed by Parallels as part of the bundle purchase itself.
@douglerner Unfortunately we are not able to update the license date as it is built into the license file itself. However, this small difference will not affect any future upgrade cutoff dates.
