iPhone 6 touch ID freezing

Hi I installed 1Password Pro and enjoying using it until it suddenly hanged and not asking password or fingerprint in order to open it. I am really stuck and unable to access all my files kept in it. I hope and appreciate anyone knowing the problem can share how to solve it.

@winata_123456 I have split your posts from the original thread, which had nothing to do with your problem. Touch ID freezing like that seems to be a problem currently on the iPhone 6. The usual work around is to force close 1P and restart it.

I did try to close and restart many times but it kept coming back with the same login page without password / fingerprint request

Did you force close the app? (Double click on the home button then swipe up on the app image on your screen.)

In my case, In some ocations, Touch ID let you enter in 1Password, but the screen is blurred and the message does´t dissapear. The IPhone 6 doesn´t work, until I press sleep button

From the very beginning I did precisely like what Stephen said (double click on the home button, swipe up to close the application). After that when I want to log in to 1Password again usually I was asked to use my fingerprint or password, but what appeared on the screen shown nothing (I made the screen shot to show exactly what appeared on my screen).

I desperately hope I can get help soonest possible as there are lots of very important datas kept in my 1Password and I can't get access to it.

I don't own a TouchID iOS device myself so why I find somebody who is better informed about this can I ask, besides completely closing 1Password down, have you tried restarting your phone completely? Hold down the power button until you get the slide to power off message, give it a moment to shut down and then turn it back on by holding in the power button again until the iPhone responds. It's worth a shot and can't do any harm.

Hi https://discussions.agilebits.com/profile/89827/littlebobbytables
Appreciate for sharing your idea, thanks to the cloud back up facility so I just delete my 1password and redownload and installed back safely including all the files0 -
So just to confirm, rebooting your iOS device had no effect but removing the app completely did (which you could only because you had sync set up before).
