The License screen never shows up so cannot get 1Password 5 to work

    Hi @ggreve49,

    I'm sorry you're having trouble with 1Password 5! Do you need help to add your license file to the 1Password 5 app on your Mac? If you've already downloaded your license file, you should be able to simply double-click that file to add it to 1Password 5.

    Alternately, open the 1Password 5 app and go to the menu for 1Password 5 > License. In the license window, if it says Trial Mode, click the Add License button and choose your license file.
