Disappointment
Being an early adopter I have been with you since the start.
I had trouble going from V 3.7.2 to version 5.1.2 on my iPhone
I emailed for help, I called for help
no response
I eventually 6,7,8 months later got a generic email saying sorry we screwed up….
I tried again to get help…. nothing
Great product but I have stopped using it on all my computers and devices because I couldn’t get help
Sad state of your support, very disappointing.
This letter should matter to you but it won’t
