Being an early adopter I have been with you since the start.

I had trouble going from V 3.7.2 to version 5.1.2 on my iPhone

I emailed for help, I called for help

no response

I eventually 6,7,8 months later got a generic email saying sorry we screwed up….

I tried again to get help…. nothing

Great product but I have stopped using it on all my computers and devices because I couldn’t get help

Sad state of your support, very disappointing.

    I'm so sorry to hear that you've been waiting for support! We always strive to provide top-notch customer support, so of course this letter does matter to us. It matters very much.

    I can tell you that we've been overwhelmed with emails since the launch of 1Password 5, and our small team has been doing all we can to get to each user. In some cases, users such as yourselves have ended up waiting far too long for a response, and we sincerely apologize. We have been directing users to our forums as much as possible during this busy time, as we are able to provide help much more efficiently to a greater number of users. So, I'm glad that you found your way here!

    I looked in our email system for any messages under the email address attached to your forum account, but I was unable to find any messages. I would really like to help get you back up and running again with 1Password. If you could send me a message with the email address that you used to write in, I can find your request and ensure it is answered. As an alternative, we can do troubleshooting right here in the forums. If you let me know your version numbers and some information about where things are getting tangled up, I'd be happy to help.

    all i get is dopey relies and auto reply messages.... this goes back how long now?

    If you received an auto-reply to one of your emails, there should have been a ticket number in the email. If you share that here, I'd be able to locate your issue and start working towards a solution!
