Sorry I did not know where to go for a refund. You really should make this process easier for your customers. Maybe a link at the bottom of your front page with a refund link. Please contact me Thanks! I purchased on the app store 11-27

    If you bought from the Mac App Store (is that what you meant?) you will have to deal with Apple for any refund. If, on the other hand, you bought direct from AgileBits I'm sure they will help you depending on the circumstances.

    I find no way to ask for a refund. How do I do This! I purchases on the web store but just found out i need the apple store version to use iCloud sync.
