Is there a way to get email notifications?

Is there a way to do this so when I get a reply, an email is also sent?

Check your notification settings.

Once there click the icon in the upper right hand that looks like a person with an arrow beside it. (Under the search box.)
Then click change notification preferences on the left hand pane and modify as you desire. Saving when done.

Okay, that took more investigating than it probably should have.

From there you should see an option for Notification Preferences, in there you can tweak the settings to what work best for you.
