License under defunct email address

Hi there

I need my license number, and it was purchased under an old email address that I no longer own. Can I get it transferred to my new email address? Let me know what the process would be.

    I'd like you to email us at support+licenses@agilebits.com please and could you include the following:

    • As much detail of the original purchase as possible, a copy of the receipt would be ideal. At the very least we'd like you to confirm your name as you would have written it for the purposes of purchasing, your old email address and if you can your address that you would have supplied. This is to confirm who you are.
    • Your new email address

    Once you have done that if you were to post your ticket ID here we can link this thread and your request and get somebody to look into it for you.
