hello,
I would like to change the data that are currently known in the filling of documents. For example when I filled out a paper that is a bad email address that is filled, I would like to change this address. But the "I" item ("MOI" in French) in 1Password is correct. What to do? thank you

Are you filling a Login item or an Identity item?
If you are filling a login and it's not working properly try re-creating and saving the login manually. The linked page includes this:
Saving a new Login manually can be helpful for fixing Logins that are problematic or that were once working but have since stopped. It allows 1Password to refresh everything it “knows” about the page and start from a clean slate.
That's why it may help. Note that probably won't if you're filling in information from an Identity item.
