New master password not syncing to iOS (iCould)
Hey,
So I changed my master password on Mac. Then on iOS I chose "Erase Data and Settings". I then allowed iOS to sync with iClould data again, however the master password on iOS has not changed.
So it appears that changing my master password on the Mac has only changed the local format password, not the sync format password. Does that sound correct? How can I force the sync format password to be the same as my Mac local format password?

Hi @ileitch,
Sorry for the trouble! This is a known issue on our end, iCloud sync does not currently support syncing the master password change, but it should be fixed soon.
To get this sorted out right now, please reset iCloud sync:
On your iOS devices, open 1Password for iOS, tap Settings > Sync > Sync Service and tap 'Disable Sync’.
On the Mac, open 1Password for Mac, and click the 1Password menu, then Preferences. Click Sync, and click Change syncing.
- Check the box to remove the data from iCloud and confirm that you want to disable sync.
Restart the Mac and iOS devices.
On the Mac, go back to the Sync preferences, and enable iCloud.
Go back into the iOS app and re-enable iCloud sync. It should work this time.
This will allow the Mac to re-generate a fresh database in iCloud, with your updated Master Password.
