Password required every time 1Password accessed, even though not shut down

Even though 1Password remains open on my iPad and I have set security options NOT to require a password for access when the programme remains open, a password is required every time 1Password accessed.

    Hi @chanq51‌

    A few things here:

    1. The extension will require Touch ID/Master Password every time
    2. If you run a large number of apps on your iOS device iOS may close apps on its own in order to free up memory
    3. Please make sure your security settings are: Lock on Exit: OFF. Auto-Lock: 1 Hour. Touch ID: ON.
