How to retrieve back for new 1PW install

My HD died on Wed. Was unable to time machine the HD. Got a new HD and reinstalled 1PW. I'm trying to sync to my backup on dropbox but it's greyed out. How do I retrieve my logins from dropbox? Thanks.

    Never mind rebooted after install, entered pw and everything came right up.
