1Password 5 not working with Yosemite OSX after updating?
Hi there, I just updated my Macbook Air to the Yosemite OSX. 1Password 5 will not open now and says to check with the developers that it is compatible with this OSX.
Here is the exception that is being thrown:
"Dyld Error Message:
Library not loaded: @loader_path/Frameworks/CrashReporter.framework/Versions/A/CrashReporter
Referenced from: /Applications/1Password 5.app/Contents/Frameworks/HockeySDK.framework/Versions/A/HockeySDK
Reason: image not found"
Presumably this is similar to the earlier thread this morning about Yosemite/password libraries, but as I can't open 1Password 5 I can't carry out the suggested fix from that thread.
Any help much appreciated!

Try this:
- drag the app to the trash (don't use any app cleaner tool, which is likely to try to remove needed files);
- empty the trash and reboot;
- re-download 1P and re-install.

Thanks for the prompt response Stephen - this may be unrelated to 1P but I'm unable to drag it to the trash for some reason. Whenever I do, it does not go into the trash, it returns to it's place within my apps. Any ideas for a workaround? I've restarted etc.
- Thanks.

Fixed it, for others Mike T's post in this thread might be useful: https://discussions.agilebits.com/discussion/30599/1password-5-not-working-with-os-x-yosemite
