"To Start" i then click on "Find existing" but none of my existing IPassword files on on my computer!! When I go into IP preferences the icon for "Back UP" files does not exist. @bogradh‌

First, your posts ARE showing up in the discussion. Second, did you set up iCloud or Dropbox sync?

    Hi @bogradh,

I'm sorry to hear about the problems you've been having with 1Password!

Did you previously have all your data in 1Password on your Mac (i.e. before the internet connection problem)? If so, I don't know why that would all suddenly just disappear. It shouldn't have anything to do with the internet connection because your 1Password data is stored locally on the Mac. Did you recently install a new version of 1Password on your Mac?

As @Plato asked, do you (or did you) sync 1Password with Dropbox or iCloud? If so, you should be able to enable the same sync method in 1Password on your Mac in order to get that data back again.

Do you still have all your 1Password data on your iPhone? If so, is it currently set up to sync with Dropbox or iCloud?
