Lost my license, and I can't get up

I can't find my license anywhere. I don't know where in the world it went, i've tried

and nothing comes up. I have been using it for ages and I know I bought it for Mac and iOS. Dang.

I wasn't able to find any licenses associated with those email addresses. Did you purchase the Mac version of 1Password from our web store or from the Mac App Store?

If you purchased it from the Mac App Store, you wouldn't have (or need) a license key for 1Password because purchases from the Mac App Store are tied to your Apple ID. In that case, you'll need to reinstall 1Password from the Mac App Store.

If you bought a license for 1Password for Mac from our web store, we should be able to find that information in our system. Are those the only email addresses you would have used to make a purchase from us? Do you happen to still have an email receipt from your purchase? Or is it possible you purchased 1Password for iOS, but never actually bought a license for the Mac version?

The iOS app would be licensed through the iTunes store. Would your Mac license have been purchase thru the Mac App Store ?

I have remove the email addresses you posted so they do not get harvested by spambots etc. This forum is searchable by Google so its not a good thing to post them publicly.

I have sent those email to an admin @littelbobbytables in a Private message so they are not publicly facing.

I lost my license for 1Password 5 and cannot find the email for version 4. I have the one for v.3. I registered using a different email that I no longer use or have access to. I can't have you resend the license to the old email address. I need a way to register withe new email address and I can't find a way to do that. Al

@thightower‌ @Drew_AG‌ @little The iOS app I purchased through the Mac Store but I bought the mac license way back. I can't seem to figure out what email I bought it under, is there any other way to look it up? My bank only stores credit transactions for up to a year ago, so they aren't any help.

Can I send addresses or phone numbers?

Please take a look in the Mac App Store (on your desktop) under the 'Purchases' tab. Do you see 1Password there? As Drew mentions above, we're unable to find any license details using the information you previously provided. If you would like to give us a bit of alternate information to search, I'd be happy to do so. You can send those details to me in a private message, since you won't want to post anything too public in the forum here.
