Tried everything and can't get rid of Trial Expired

I got the new software on a promotion from Paralles Desktop including the serial number to activate. It gave me a link to paste into my browser which takes me to 1Password website and I get a confirmation that 1Passport has been activated. I closed everything down and did a restart and it still shows Trial expired in my browser. When I tried to update a credit card it says I need to activate the software and I still have the trial version.
HELP.

    I'm not sure what went wrong. What I suggest is requesting your licences to be resent to you via https://agilebits.com/licenses/resend This will result in a new email being sent (I do this because I don't know exactly what you were sent via the Parallels Bundle). In that email there will be a couple of links a little like this:

    Register: With 1Password downloaded, click here to automatically add your license

    Notes: No link? Link not working? View the complete installation steps.

    If the first link doesn't work you can use the second link to manually download the file to your Downloads folder. After that double clicking on the licence file should be enough to get you sorted.

    If it doesn't, please do post back here and we'll continue working on resolving this for you.
