Partial Sync

I got a new iphone and installed 1password on it and attached to the database in dropbox. It shows I have 190 entries but only 166 sync, thus I am missing several passowrds how do I fix this?

    Are you certain you are actually missing items, or is it just that the item counts are off? What other devices are you syncing with?

    i am super confused, here is what happened originally i had a desktop, laptop and my iphone all syncing with 1password, I reinstalled my desktop and forgot to reinstall 1password, but didn't realize it because i have my phone . well now I get a new phone and install it enter the password it syncs and life is good until I go to find a password that was recently added and guess what there are at least 20 missing, so I thought maybe I am connected to the wrong database I will look at home so I then realize I don't have it on the desktop so I will look on the laptop and it now says i am in demo mode. i have not done anything to the laptop so it should be fine. I then go to the web to retrieve my code and it says I am not a valid user. do the licenses expire?

    is it possible to add passwords on an iphone and be hooked up with dropbox but the phone not sync?

    For the licensing issue on the laptop: I did not find any 1Password for Mac purchases from you. This can mean one of three things:

    • You bought a license from us, but it was under a different email address than the one you have registered with the forums
    • You didn't purchase from us, but from a 3rd party instead (e.x. The Mac App Store, or a bundle deal)
    • You haven't actually purchased 1Password for Mac, only 1Password for iOS

    I'd suggest trying to find your receipt to determine which is the case.

    For the problem with your data... Please create a Diagnostics Report from your iPhone and one from your laptop:

    Then attach the entire file to an email to us: support+forum@agilebits.com
