More on trial expired

I'm also getting this trial expired notice although it seems to be still working. I did not see any notification that upgrading to 5 was going to cost any money! I can not see any difference in what I was using prior to upgrade. Agile graciously changed my PC license to a MAC license 11 months ago when my PC crashed shortly after purchasing 1password. I do not want or need to pay $50 for a new version!!!!! Help - how do I go back to what I had?

    It's unclear from what you say whether or not you have read the sticky at the top of the forum. If you have not, you would find it helpful to do so. :)

    Hi @mountainchick,

    I was able to locate your 1Password 5 license using your email address (no upgrade is needed), and I've re-sent the license via email. Simply apply the license to register 1Password. :)

    Hooray! Thank you JasperP. I have hunted, clicked, read, reread - you get the picture! Then I receive a magic email from you and everything works. Now I have just one more step - I have this screen asking me to upgrade or change license. Do I need to do something or just close it?

    The screen you see tempting you to upgrade is irrelevant and a current bug. Just ignore it.
