Paid for 1p'word twice. Pls help
For the Agilebits crew: Long-time 1Password user, first time writer. I had a tremendous series of brain farts recently and paid twice for the upgrade to v. 5. On October 31, 2014, I used PayPal to initiate the upgrade process. Posted to our account as $24.99 on Oct. 31. Then the b-fart set in! On November 21, I again upgraded as a debit card purchase, posting on November 24 for $24.99. These two upgrades were for the license applied to [email address removed] (my email address).
Is there any thing we can do about this, like a refund of $24.99?

You are within the thirty day refund period on the second purchase, so there should be no trouble.Someone from Agile will come along at some point and tell you what to do.

As danco said, you're well within the 30 day refund period, so this is no problem at all! I've just issued a refund for the 2nd purchase, and you should see that in your account shortly.
