License for v3.8

I have a family pack license for v5 and I want to use one of my licenses to activate an installation of v3.8 on an old laptop that's running OS X 10.7. I followed the example of a previous discussion and e-mailed support+sales@agilebits.com two days ago to request a textual license key for the legacy version but so far no response. Please point me in the right direction. Thanks.

We'd be happy to get you set up with 1Password 3 on your older computer.

If you purchased 1Password 5 from the AgileBits webstore, the license details you received from us confirming your purchase should have included a 1Password 3 license. If you no longer have the email, we'd be happy to resend it.

Now, I checked in our back office records as well as in our email system using the email address attached to your forum account, and I could find neither license details, or an open support request. Did you receive a response from our BitBot assistant to your original email? If so, please provide the ticket number in the email, this will help me track your request down and ensure that it is answered quickly.

The ticket number was #UYI-19797-448. When I purchased 1Password 4 originally I received an e-mail with a link to the password file that I used to activate version 4 (and now v5). Version 3.8 asks for a text string as its license key, would you be able to direct me to that information? Thanks

Please email your 1Password 5 license information to support+licenses@agilebits.com and we'll create a version 3 license key for you. :)
