Problem report form problem!

I just made 1Password crash. It offered to send a Problem Report, I filled in the details pressed "Send" and then reopened 1Password.

I then noticed the Problem Report for 1Password window was still open, with buttons disabled. Apart from apparently being a bug in itself, this left me wondering whether the report had been sent at all.
