1Password 5 reopens when quit

Occasionally, when I quit this app by choosing 'Quit' from the File menu or the shortcut 'Command-Q', the app reopens immediately. A second 'Quit' puts it to rest.

    Can I ask what version of 1Password and OS X you are running please. It's certainly an odd behaviour. Do you notice that in any other applications on your Mac?
