Problem syncing iOS with Android via Dropbox

I am running 1Password on iOS and Android using Dropbox.

  1. There are 44 items that sync correctly between my phones. Logins and Bank Accounts sync correctly.
  2. I added an item in Rewards Programs in iOS. That doesn't show up on Android.
  3. I added a different item in Rewards Programs in Android. That doesn't show up in iOS.

Thoughts?

    Sorry to hear that! It sounds like sync might not be configured correctly on your iOS and Android devices. I'd like to ask you to create some Diagnostics Reports, one from each of your devices. They will give us a better understanding of your sync configuration.
