My Vault Has Disappeared going from Version 3.9.20 to 5.0.2

I downloaded vers 5 intending to update. I assumed my vault would automatically be moved across but am being prompted to source my data from back up but have no clue where it is. Version 3.9.20 no longer appears to be on my system. Just today I ran MacKeeper, which may have been a bad thing to do but the system was slowing up.
I still have 1Password extension (3.9.20) installed in Safari. It seems to only option is to manually write down all my log in and start again, but surely ether must be another way?

    I'm so sorry to hear that you've been having trouble with 1Password right now. Now, 1Password 5 should have picked up your data from 1Password 3. I think the best thing to do here is to get a Diagnostics Report from your computer to see if we can determine where your data is stored (if MacKeeper hasn't gotten rid of it.)

    I'd like to ask you to create a Diagnostics Report from your Mac:

    Then attach the entire file to an email to us: support+forum@agilebits.com

    Please do not post your Diagnostics Report in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report in our inbox.

    A short note here once you've sent the Report in will help us to keep an eye out for it. :)
