Field creation for all of the same category.
I wonder if the creation of a new field for all items in the same category can be automatically or have to perform this action one by one?

I'm not sure if I understand your question. You can add custom fields to items, but are you asking if you can have the same custom field automatically added to all items in a certain category? If so, I'm afraid that's not currently possible, and you would have to add the custom field to each new item you create. I can certainly let our developers know you'd like to be able to do that, although I can't promise anything.
