Family license does not appear to be working on my iMac [moved to email]

I set up two "sides" on our iMac - one for me and one for my wife. She recently got a "trial expired" message. I tried the solution suggested by JasperP on Nov 16, but when the down load window comes up I can not select the license file. I have repeatedly emailed support (Support IDs #ARJ-58988-134 and #EIK-85756-645 over the last several days but have had no response of any kind.
